Lallier has a long history of producing exceptionally crafted wines, all grapes are sourced exclusively from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyard sites in Ay, Montagne de Reims and Cotes des Blancs. These unique sites offer wines with remarkable freshness and pronounced minerality. Winemaker Francis Tribaut uses only natural yeasts and maintaining a low dosage in the cuvees. These practices allow the purity and richness of each terroir to shine through, creating distinctive wines of great character, complexity and finesse.
