Felix Meyer is a master at the art of blending and carefully applies this skill in blending the wine from various parcels into complex, balanced cuvees. He also believes in raising his wines on fine lees in large, older wooden casks, as the tradition in Alsace. Striking aromatics, beautiful complexity and a signature mineral spine characterize all of Meyer's wines. Bright and elegant, the wine offer tremendous drinking at a young age but have all the right qualities for laying down in the cellar.
Devised with deference to the Champagne method this cremant has great aromatic finesse. It is distinguished and well-balanced on the palate. As an aperitif or solo this will unfailingly delight your guests.
"A lively bead and lip-smacking acidity drive this dry and tangy version, while appealing notes of pineapple, glazed apricot and mango fruit mix with hints of creamy pastry, toasted hazelnut and spice..." - Wine Spectator
